Delivery times

Please allow 6 weeks for despatch of your bowl.

All bowls are wrapped in tissue paper and several layers of bubblewrap, carefully packed in a suitable box. Very occasionally breakages occur - should your bowl arrive damaged, please photograph it alongside the packagaing and email me with the photo. This allows me to claim compensation for the bowl whilst I make you a new one free of charge.

All bowls are sent first class recorded delivery within the UK.

For bowls sent to Europe they are sent airmail small packets and are not trackable, but I do get proof of posting on anything sent.

Please note that I am no longer able to send bowls outside Europe as I have had a number of items go missing or arrive damaged.

Chow Bella cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit by the postal system.

ROYAL MAIL STRIKES

Currently I am still sending parcels by Recorded Delivery as they are trackable and seem to be reaching most people within 4 to 5 days. However should the strikes continue, especially in the 2-3 weeks before Christmas, I will send parcels by Special Delivery. ALL CHRISTMAS PARCELS WILL BE POSTED BY 15TH DECEMBER TO ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME DURING THIS BUSY PERIOD.
