Delivery times

Please allow 6 weeks for despatch of your bowl.

NB Christmas orders will be despatched as soon as possible but please note that this is a particularly busy time of year for Chow Bella. I am planning to post all Christmas orders no later than Dec 17th.

All bowls are wrapped in several layers of bubblewrap, carefully packed in a very sturdy box. Very occasionally breakages occur - should your bowl arrive damaged, please photograph it alongside the packaging and email me with the photo. This allows me to claim compensation for the bowl whilst I make you a new one free of charge.

All bowls are sent first class recorded delivery within the UK.

For bowls sent to Europe or USA they are sent airmail small packets and are not trackable, but I do get proof of posting on anything sent.

Chow Bella cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit by the postal system.
